Lightweight chassis CNC-machined from 5mm thick premium Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum, strategically machined in low-stress areas to make it as light as possible without affecting strength or rigidity.  

Set of molded composite ball-bearing bushings – eccentric bushing for bulkheads, concentric and eccentric bushing for front steering block or rear upright. Eccentric bushings in steering blocks and rear uprights allow for roll center and caster adjustment.

2-speed layshaft precision ground, heat-treated and polished for smooth operation, extra strength, and long life. 

Molded composite 20T belt pulley on main layshaft, drives rear belt.
